Classes Meditation Guided Level 1 and 2 Meditation Sound workshops Meditation Chakra Clearing and energy workshops Yoga 1:Gentle: Yoga for the new student to intermediate. The class introduces basic yoga techniques in a style that helps build flexibility, balance, core strength and an understanding of using the breath with Yoga Postures to restore the body. The flowing yoga postures will allow students the experience to move from pose to pose in a slow and steady style. Yoga Level 2: Intermediate to experienced Yoga for students that practice regularly. The class continues Level 1 adding more difficult Yoga Postures to continue to build core strength flexibility and stamina. The steady flow of movements become slightly more difficult and postures are held for longer periods of time. Restorative Yoga: Restorative style Yoga Postures are held for long periods of time in order to open up the flexibility and induce a relaxation response. This class is excellent for reducing blood pressure, stress, and overall relaxation. Restorative Yoga often has poses held up to 3 minutes. For beginners to experienced. Qigong and Yoga Moving Meditations: This class uses ancient Chinese Yoga moving in meditation introducing students to mindful movement. This class blends Yoga Movement and Qigong into a moving meditation class that is extremely powerful in building energy, clearing energy and grounding energy.
