  The main thing I'm constantly trying to remind myself when it comes to music/sound is that it should serve the film. It's simple but it's an important thing to keep remembering that at the end of the day, music is secondary and is serving a function. The way I go about accomplishing this is trying to fully understand and serve the story. I'll watch the film a lot and try to pick up on where the story shifts and what the tone is in a big picture kind of way, before looking at the specifics of each scene. I try to let the story inform every decision I make about the sound and the music. I'm always looking for ways I can reflect the narrative in the tiniest decisions, down to what sounds are used and how they are mixed. 

I'm still constantly amazed by how much the sound can alter the picture. You can find clips online where people have taken scenes from movies and changed the music to different moods to see how much it changes things. It's amazing that an aspect that is one of the last steps in the production can totally undermine and ruin a scene, or take a scene that makes no sense on its own and make its meaning apparent. 

In genreal, I'm obsessed with sound and the way it effects us in day to day life, which carries over to the way it is employed in film. I love talking and thinking about these things.

once you animate your quote you can also animate your credit for the film using flip a clip and a black
background. Using the black background you can animate your name like this

The above drawing is PATCH the main character chosen from a drawing by Adelaide grade K chosen by for her drawing because it is perfect for a lead character. Patch = Rusty patch bumble bee. Almost extinct currently  ( we could use some different expressions of patch)

We found out that the red mites don't feed off Bumble Bees only honey bees....
​so our main character is a BUMBLE BEE but we will still include them in film but we have to find a way to let people know they are the enemies of the honey bees only.  Oceans 
animation 
is excellent below however flip a clip cut and paste made the mites low resolution to use in film.

KINDERGARTEN MITES

We need these colored in red and cleaned up in Adobe DRAW use a true red color. After you get your character clean up in adobe draw you can animate the mite with a dark BLACK background making the edges  of the frame TIGHT to the MITE.  We could use some WHITE MITES TOO
THEY HITCH RIDES ON BUMBLE BEES
SICK BEES TO WORK ON SEE EXAMPLE AT BOTTOM 
SO IT IS OK TO DO THE SAME DRAWING ON THESE MORE THAN ONE TIME TO MAKE
SICK BEE SCENES FOR SURREAL WORLD IN SCRIPT.
